Valeria Trubina (b. 1966) was born in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute (1990). Since 1988, she has participated in numerous exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. Member of the National Union of Artists (1990). Member of the artistic group "Paris Commune". She has held personal exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. She lives and works in the USA. Her works are kept in the National Art Museum of Ukraine, the J. Voorhees Zimmerli Art Museum (New Jersey), private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
