Oleksandr Titov (b. 1949) is a painter, graphic artist, portraitist, and teacher. He was born in Kyiv. He graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute. Teachers in the speciality - V. Shatalin, V. Zaretskyi. Member of the National Union of Artists (1984).
