Anna Hodkova (born 1990) is a graphic artist. In 2016, together with Krystyna Yarosh, she opened EtchingRoom #1, a printmaking workshop engaged in exhibition and educational activities. Etching, linocut, colography and monotype are the main graphic techniques with which the artist works. She graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (2016). Since the beginning of the war, she has held many exhibitions and art events in support of Ukraine. Participated in a large-scale project Casa del Memoria in Milan, an exhibition and sale of ArtEast Gallery in Berlin. Within the framework of the French Spring (2022) the works of EtchingRoom #1 on the subject of the Russian-Ukrainian war were presented at the exhibition "Point de Depart" of the Cultural Centre of Ukraine in France; the exhibition caused a great resonance among the French public. The works are held in numerous private collections in Ukraine and abroad. The works were presented at the auction of Dukat Auction House (Kyiv).
Krystyna Yarosh (born 1994) is a graphic artist. In 2016, together with Anna Hodkova, she opened EtchingRoom #1, a printmaking workshop engaged in exhibition and educational activities. Etching, linocut, colography and monotype are the main graphic techniques with which the artist works. Born in Kiev. During her studies at the University studied book graphics. Participated in numerous exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. After the outbreak of war, EtchingRoom #1 held numerous exhibitions and art events in support of Ukraine. Participated in a large-scale project Casa del Memoria in Milan, an exhibition and sale of ArtEast Gallery in Berlin. Christina Yarosh and Anna Khodkova often make shared etchings, using several etching plates on a single sheet of paper.
The works are held in many private collections in Ukraine and Europe. The works were presented at the auction of Dukat Auction House (Kyiv).
